Essential Plus is designed for clubs that need more than basic administration support but do not require a larger weekly management package. It provides additional capacity for member communications, events, courses, scheduling and routine follow-ups.

Includes up to five hours of support each week. Priorities are agreed with your club so the available time is directed toward the administration, communications and activities that matter most.

No. Club Ease provides the service as an external support partner, so your club does not need to recruit and directly employ an administrator.

Access depends on the tasks your club would like us to complete. During onboarding, we will identify the relevant email accounts, systems and records needed to provide the agreed support.

Yes. Additional hours or specialist services can be arranged separately when your club requires support beyond the package allocation.
